Our spirit-directed and soul inspiring award-winning college in Tempe, Arizona, offers a peaceful and loving sanctuary for students and employees alike. In fact, the majority of our current instructors are SWIHA alumni!
To become eligible to teach at SWIHA, you must have demonstrated and documented work in your chosen field for at least two years after your graduation.
SWIHA is an awarding winning, nationally accredited, holistic healthcare college and has been established as a private educational institution in the valley for 20 years.

SWIHA Instructors are independent contractors who received competitive hourly wages along with “preparation” stipends. Instructors are eligible for discounted and/or complimentary classes.

Minimum Requirements: High School Graduate. Documented instruction from a “qualified” expert in the subject, a minimum of two years’ experience in the field, teaching experience is preferred, but not required.

**NOTE: Full-time employees of SWIHA and SWINA may attend classes at SWIHA and SWINA at no charge after 90 days of employment. Part-time employees are eligible for a partial tuition concession.

This program focuses on allowing students who qualify to do their dream. We believe that no one should be held back from truly making a difference in their life or the lives of others.
