SUMMARY:Forgiveness Ceremony with Sound Healing ft. Will Zecco
DESCRIPTION:No one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. We learn as we go. Forgiveness means the we stop the shoulda\, coulda\, woulda beens and let go of the idea that we can create a different past. Forgiveness is a gift\, the most beautiful form of Love. In return you will receive untold peace and happiness. The Greek translation of forgiveness literally means to “let go.” Forgiveness is the ultimate act of kindness. \nIt’s said that if forgiveness benefits the one we are forgiving\, then that’s an added benefit\, a gift\, yet that’s not really the point. One of the obstacles we face in forgiving someone we perceive as having done us harm is not wishing them well\, not seeing their benefitting from our forgiveness as a gift. The reality is forgiveness is equally as important to the person who is doing the forgiving. It gives you the ability to take back your power and eliminates suffering. It all begins with you! In times when our ego gets bruised\, or we feel like we are belittling ourselves by forgiving\, it is really the opposite. Forgiveness is for you. It is not an apology to those that hurt you\, rather forgiving yourself for feeling hurt\, sad\, fearful or angry. To forgive is to set a prisoner free and then to discover that the prisoner is you. \nJoin Will Zecco for a Forgiveness Ceremony with Sound Healing and Guided Visualization. Will Zecco\, Director of Yoga and Success Coach\, has been serving SWIHA for about 17 years as a teacher\, mentor and business coach for on campus and online students. Will brings over 40 years of entrepreneurial experience. His greatest passion is to serve others with an open heart. \n**This is a complimentary and in-person only event**\nPlease RSVP to attend in person to rsvp@swiha.edu
