DESCRIPTION:Join Jennifer Sanders\, RPE\, RPP for an exhilarating exploration of how life\, experiences\, and emotions can be decoded for deeper understanding and self-realization.  Oftentimes\, events and experiences can feel overwhelming and challenge us to make sense of why and what is happening. Together we will learn simple techniques for decoding our emotions in relation to our thoughts and experiences.  This process empowers us to make the big things feel small and manageable!  This interactive discussion will lay the framework for understanding how energy and experiences are expressed in the body and in our lives\, and how to utilize the wisdom of Polarity Therapy and Integrative Cranial Sacral Unwinding to access and liberate the body\, mind\, and soul! \nBefore our keynote speaker presentation\, join us in celebrating our #greatgraduates for completing their programs with our on campus graduation ceremony!\nAfter Gifts and Graces\, come experience a mini energy session from one of our practitioners or vendors.
