A Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and ACEs educator\, she blends neuroscience\, psychology\, and lived experience to make healing accessible. After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis\, Jessica turned to mindfulness\, meditation\, and movement to reclaim her health.
