Attend this Open House to learn about the Mind-Body-Spirit connective practice of #Yoga at SWIHA's yoga studio, led by Will Zecco!
Here you will sit in gentle asana practice follow by Q&A! No need to bring a yoga mat - we have plenty. Dress comfortably to experience a gentle intro to Yoga.
