May Gifts and Graces: Mindfulness Tools for Real-Life Living with Jessica Smith

May 2 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us for an inspiring and practical evening with Jessica Smith, a Mindfulness Educator and Advocate, as she shares her personal journey through trauma and a stress-induced illness that served as a wake-up call to heal from the inside out. Through mindfulness, meditation, and movement, she discovered that healing isn’t a destination—it’s a daily practice.
Grounded in neuroscience and psychology, this presentation explores how trauma affects the brain and body and how simple, research-based mindfulness tools can foster lasting healing. Participants will learn to recognize trauma responses in themselves and others and leave with 10 easy, evidence-informed practices to bring more calm, clarity, and connection into their daily lives.

Whether you’re navigating your own healing journey or supporting others, this experience offers science-backed tools and real-life wisdom to cultivate greater presence and peace.
