The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts Fall Festival is a complimentary, community, family-friendly celebration of yoga, art, healing, and UNITY! Join us for a full day of yoga classes, meditation, sound healing, drumming, and vendors!
– 8:30am Yoga in the Green Belt (bring your mat)
– 10:30am Drum Circle
– 12:00pm Yoga Nidra
– 1:30pm Vibrational Yin
– 3:00pm Sound Healing
– Complimentary Yoga Studio Classes All Day
– Massage Competition (8:30am – 1:30pm)
– Vendors all day
Bring the whole family and enjoy the Kids Camp Collaboration with Luna Mind Body Spirit: Kids Yoga, Somatic Kids Experience, Bouncy House, and Face Painting. Open to the Public
