Join us December 4, 2020 at 6 pm for Gifts and Graces, as Scott Taylor, Joel Hamilton, and Mary Ritter lead a “Holiday Kirtan”. Kirtan is a call-and-response style community song or chant gathering. Each “Leader” will share a piece of their story, their favorite songs and the symbol that most connects them to their personal power. Join the World Peace Meditation as we chant out the chaos of 2020 and bless in 2021!

Our Leaders of Peace and Joy:

Scott Taylor is one of the Lead Instructors at SWIHA in the Massage Program, and the Program Director for Traditional Reiki. Scott is a E-200, 500 Hr. Registered Yoga Instructor. He finds a way into incorporate Yoga into every class he teaches, as yoga touches every aspect of his life. He will share his love and devotion to the Divine through sacred chant and song (Kirtan.)

Joel Hamilton is the Dean of Massage Education at SWIHA, as well as Clinic Manager and a Lead Instructor. Joel was born and raised on a dairy farm in upstate New York and is bringing his passion for plants and holistic living to SWIHA through the newly re-introduced Urban Farming Certificate that will start in January 2021. Joel’s passion is to help others embrace their connection to the earth and understand our role we all play as its custodians.

Mary Ritter is the Chief Executive Director of Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and founder of Holy Reiki. During a silent discussion with God, Mary accepted the love of Jesus Christ at the age of nine. From that point forward, her awareness of the spiritual realm continued to amplify, and is still being ramped up today with her calling to share to Holy Reiki. Her mission for Holy Reiki is to create a ‘legacy of love’ to make the world a more loving and kind place for the generations to come.

Come chant! Sing! And get your holiday into full swing! Reiki Blessings will be offered real quick, and there just might be possible visit from St. Nick.
