Southwest Institute of Healing Arts built its foundation as a training center for massage therapists nearly three decades ago. Today, we offer a wide variety of courses and degrees in the healing arts, and we continue to provide high quality, affordable massage therapy training for students entering the field as well as for professionals continuing their education.
Our mission remains the same: To provide innovative, contemporary real world experience and the highest standards in a healing arts education. We are committed to supporting the discovery of your essential gifts and supporting you as you carry them out into the world in a loving and profitable way.
Change Lives with the Power of Healing Touch
While SWIHA teaches all of the core competencies required of classically educated massage therapists, we also offer you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Options include two comprehensive tracks — the therapeutic track and our Ayurvedic Bodywork track.
Choose among a variety of primary holistic wellness specialties that focus on the mind-body-soul connection in the Massage Therapy (MT) 1000 or an Associates of Occupational Science Degree in Holistic Healthcare with a concentration in MT 750.
