Come experience a Yoga Foundations class with Will Zecco designed to teach the basics of yoga, including basic breath control, 12+ basic yoga postures which create a sun salutation, and so much more. This class is a fantastic opportunity for everybody, including beginners with no yoga experience to yogi pros who want to revisit the basics! After flowing in a safe, comfortable and interactive environment with Will Zecco, stay after class to learn more about our Yoga Teacher Training program. There will be dedicated time after class for you to ask questions one on one, and receive some great insight into what lays ahead for you within this transformational program.
