Antonieta Hensley: Standing Strong in Her Message as a Yoga Teacher and Hypnotherapist

When it comes to discovering Southwest Institute for Healing Arts (SWIHA), Antonieta Hensley has Google to thank! “After I saw all the courses, programs, and classes they offered, I was sold. It sounded like a temple or a mystery school available in the states and I knew it was calling for me before I ever stepped foot on the school grounds.” Antonieta graduated from the 600-hour Mind Body Wellness Practitioner program. The imageries of success could be for better employment possibilities, aspirations to make our families proud of us, to be the first in our families to pursue a post-secondary education degree or diploma, or even to own our own business. Loving Yourself, First and Foremost

We all know how important it is to love ourselves just the way we are. We preach it to our children, family and friends. If a friend comes to us saying they aren’t good enough in some area, we’re the first to try and help them work through that belief. Do we show up for ourselves in the same way though? Confession Time As a teacher, I often speak with people who attend my classes about the importance of living in the moment and loving ourselves. I have a beautiful soul family all across the globe and an amazing son, yet I found myself feeling lonely and dejected.
